Critical Request – Verification Required 07/26/19

Recently we have become aware that Malwarebytes, when it tries to update and reinstall, is failing. It manages to uninstall, but then never re-installs. That leaves the computer unprotected. Please check your computer, as indicated below, and send an Email to email@example.com if you do not see the M logo. At the bottom right corner of your screen, you will see one or two up arrows. If you click on the arrow(s), a box will open and show you the programs that are currently active on your computer. You are looking for the blue M as indicated below. If the blue M is there, you are protected and no further action is needed.
If you have any doubt, open a ticket.
We are aware that some staff members use We Transfer to share public files, ads, artwork, etc. The program is the target of a spam campaign. Please review this link for additional information.
