Security Regulations Summary

Following are links to security information that may affect website design and/or may require website modifications. The GDPR is one of the strictest security policy and is being followed on this page because if you do business with anyone in the EU and surrounding areas, these rules apply to you. United States

In the U.S., security laws are currently being governed by individual states. This makes complying with security requirements very difficult. The best way to provide information on the various state laws is through this Summary of U.S. State Breach Laws.

GDPR EU (General Data Protection Regulation)

Beginning May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will go into effect across Europe. The European Commission has created this regulation to strengthen the protection of European citizens’ personal information by implementing new rules and providing European citizens specific rights.
