Meet the Team

Our team is comprised of talented developers, designers, writers, programmers, and artists!

Mike Vandling

Mike started his career managing a small international bakery where he applied his management skills along with a unique ability to integrate desktop computers in an industrial environment before desktop computers were readily available. Using technology to automate the production process and developing a focused marketing strategy allowed Mike to sell the company after substantial growth and enter the computer industry full time.

After managing a custom build computer hardware store and programming shop, he moved into the Internet world in 1997, building an Internet Service and Wide Area Networking company into a 6,000 client family-based business. After selling that company at the height of the Internet boom, Mike began consulting, programming and designing websites and other Internet based services.

Mike’s success has come from an honest desire to help client’s succeed and that attitude is reflected in the values of every member of the CourseVector team!

Gabriel Mariani

Gabriel began his programming career taking on small clients throughout high school. During college, he began programming multi-media training solutions for the United States military. After a few years, a major Central Florida employer noticed his talent – The Walt Disney Company. Some of his projects as a Flash developer for Disney included: Disney’s Cruise Line Podcast, Disney’s Magic Your Way, Walt Disney World Homepage (English/ Portuguese/Spanish/French), ESPN The Weekend, and Disney’s Customized Maps. Though he left Disney in early 2008, he continued programming for big-name clients. Many other national-brand clients include: The Dark Knight (Hershey’s), Ironman (Hershey’s), Twizzlers, Hershey’s, Kennametal, Dentsply, Learn to be Healthy, New Holland, Tycho Electronics, Modjeski and Masters.

Gabriel realized a dream in 2010 by joining the United States Air Force. During his service, he continued to program even though this was not his primary job. He truly enjoys the challenge of solving client problems through innovative programming solutions. Gabriel is a Junior Partner and the Lead Programmer with CourseVector. He recently completed his Master of Professional Studies in Information Sciences, Cyber Security and Information Assurance through Penn State.

Jennifer Mariani

Jennifer began her career writing training material for the United States military. After 10 years in the military/technical writing field, she began to branch out, writing training for the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police and a Pennsylvania machining company. In addition, Jennifer began writing sales and marketing copy for websites while studying SEO.

Currently, Jennifer specializes in project management and copywriting for CourseVector in addition to her duties as the Operations Manager. She prides herself in knowing “just enough to be dangerous” when it comes to building websites. She strives to stay in the happy middle ground where she can still easily interface with clients but also act as a competent asset to the development team. Jennifer loves PA! She is happiest outdoors with some local food or drink, a good book or knitting project, and her boys (human and four-legged).

Haley Hall

Meet Haley Hall, entrepreneur and creative thinker. Marketing came to Haley very early. As a child she would watch the commercials on television and evaluate them on if they were memorable or duds for who they were trying to reach / sell to. She started her marketing career with WordPress “mommy” blogging, and learning all of the ins-and-outs of the digital business space. She then moved on to bigger fish on the internet by creating her own social media marketing brand.

Haley has worked with a variety of clients worldwide. Her favorite part of marketing is the creative challenge that comes with each unique business and campaign. Every client has a different goal, and need and that’s where Haley thrives.

Haley joined the CourseVector team in June of 2021.

Abigail Davis

Abby is the newest team member to CourseVector, where she consistently demonstrates an unparalleled commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Abby expressed an impetuous zeal for selling at a very early age – whether it was managing her lemonade/snow cone stands, selling her art work or assisting customers at her parents’ restaurant before being able to see over the counter. Abby has always exuberated her talent of customer service, support and satisfaction. She recently graduated the ITSA program to further develop and expand her technology expertise. Her ability to understand the unique needs of our clients, dedication and passion for driving results is invaluable.

Abby is excited for her future at CourseVector and the opportunity to utilize her background and knowledge to further support her clients while exceeding their expectations. In her free time Abby enjoys spending time with family, friends and hiking the trails with her dog Ivy.

Alexander Mariani

Alex Mariani is a student of technology and engineering. His studies include SEO, programming, website design, video production, and whatever else strikes his fancy. His favorite part about working at CourseVector is that it’s something different every day. Because technology changes quickly, there is always a new problem to solve, a new skill to learn, a new challenge to beat.

When he’s not working, Alex can be found dabbling in traditional art, 3D printing, and track & field.
