Changes on the Way for Swift911

Attention those of you using Swift911 emergency alert system. If you haven’t already seen the email from SwiftReach, you may want to check your inbox. Beginning January 1, 2023, Swift911 clients will only be able to send emergency messages through their Swift911 platform. Effective July 1, 2023, Swift911 v4.0 will no longer be supported.

You will have to be upgraded to the latest Rave Alert version to prevent any disruption in sending emergency and operational messages. Reach out to RaveSuccess@Ravemobilesafety.com with any questions or concerns you may have.

Please check your email for more information, as the Rave Alert team will be sending out further updates as they become available.

Happy Holidays!

With the holiday season upon us our staff will be taking some time to relax and enjoy time with their families.

We may be a bit slower to respond during this period. If you haven’t gotten a response within 24 hours during our normal business hours, please use our support request form and indicate it is an emergency and someone will get back to you quickly.
