We don’t make this decision lightly—but as the costs of doing business have steadily risen, a modest rate adjustment has become necessary to ensure that we can continue providing the same quality, responsiveness, and expertise that you’ve come to expect from us.

Rising expenses are a reality across every industry—whether it’s technology, staffing, compliance, or everyday operational costs. Rather than scaling back our services, limiting support, or cutting corners, we’ve chosen to make this adjustment so that we can continue delivering the full scope of services you rely on.
As a long-time municipal client so aptly puts it, “I pay more money for my Lays than I did last year and get less chips…” Rest assured nothing is being removed or reduced. Our clients will continue to benefit from the same comprehensive offerings as before.

Making Payments
Some of you have asked us about our address change. We have made the transition to using a PO Box as our primary address. Our legal address is still on Abbey Lane for now, and if you do send checks to that address we can still get them! But we ask that everyone begin sending correspondence and payment to:
