Cyber Safe Work Security Awareness Bonus Poster October 2019

Cyber Security Awareness Poster

free cybersecurity poster with top 5 password mistakes

It is easy to make mistakes when creating yet another password! Here are the top 5 password mistakes made by us all:

  1. Sharing Passwords: Never share your password with someone else. This is especially true of professional, work-related passwords.
  2. Using The Same Passwords: As annoying as it is to memorize so many passwords, it is dangerous to use the same password across platforms. If a hackers gets ahold of one password, they will have access to everything that uses that same password!
  3. Picking Simple Passwords: Simple passwords are easy to remember, but they are also easy to guess.
  4. Storing Passwords In Plain Text: Encrypt any passwords store electronically.
  5. Writing Down Passwords: Having your passwords written down on sticky notes or in a notebook right by your computer is great, until someone is physically next to your computer. Encrypted password keepers or memorization is safer.
