Elkland Borough takes advantage of The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Web Design Program. This small government WordPress theme was modeled after a design the borough really liked, but they didn’t want them to feel too similar. We focused on a few key elements, including adding their very active Facebook feed to the mobile friendly website.
