Mill Village Borough takes advantage of The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Web Design Program. The borough wanted a professionally design website, backed by a team of experts, but one that they could update themselves. The site had to be a place where they could share important information with their residents easily, including announcements and a prominent borough calendar.
