Highlights from our Terms and Conditions

We try our best to provide fair and transparent service and pricing. We encourage you to take a look at our Terms and Conditions from time to time, as things change periodically. This is the best place to stay up to date on the latest from CourseVector. As always, if you have questions please feel free to reach out to us.

Here are a few highlights. This information is accurate as of February 2026. For the latest, please view the Terms and Conditions page on our website.

Website Updates:

Notice Period: We ask for 24-48 notice to perform updates on your website. While we do our best to get to requests as soon as possible, our team is often balancing multiple technical tasks.

How to Get Support: The best way to get support is to email us: support@coursevector.com or via the form on our website.

Emergencies: If you have an emergency, always use the form! By checking the “emergency” box, a technician will be paged immediately.

Communication:

We find that communication is most effective via email, and our project quotes assume email as the primary channel. If your project requires frequent phone calls or virtual meetings, please note that this may impact the overall cost.

We love staying connected! Our team reaches out to clients at least twice a year to check-in. This is an excellent time to evaluate if your website needs a refresh or if there are other ways we can support your goals.

When we work together on a project, your feedback, both positive and critical, is vital. Telling us what you don’t like is just as important as telling us what you do. Clear communication ensures the project moves smoothly and results in a website we can both be proud of.

Update Plans:

We offer two types of update plans to suit your needs:

Annual Plans: If you pay annually, you receive a credit each year. It is your responsibility to use that credit prior to its expiry at the end of your 12-month period. Again, we make an effort to reach out twice a year to our clients. This is a great opportunity to talk about how to spend your credit. Please note that annual credits do not accrue; any unused balance at the end of the year will expire.

Monthly Plans: Credits are added to your account monthly. We typically allow funds to accrue for up to three months. While monthly clients often have a dedicated representative, it remains the client’s responsibility to utilize funds before they expire.

Billing:

Grace Period: We provide a grace period for our update plan clients. You may occasionally see a credit on your account while an invoice is still outstanding; however, update plan credits cannot be applied to outstanding invoices.

Billing Cycles: Update plan overages are billed on or around the 1st of each month. Piecework is billed on or around the 1st and16th of each month.

Overdue Accounts: If bills are severely overdue, your site may be temporarily disabled. We send multiple notices prior to shutting off a website. If you haven’t received your bill, please check your spam folder.

We appreciate every one of our clients. Our mission is to provide outstanding service at reasonable prices, removing the barriers to quality online support. Thank you for supporting our family-owned business.

Happy Holidays!

With the holiday season upon us our staff will be taking some time to relax and enjoy time with their families.

We may be a bit slower to respond during this period. If you haven’t gotten a response within 24 hours during our normal business hours, please use our support request form and indicate it is an emergency and someone will get back to you quickly.
