If you have paid for CourseVector’s premium spam filtering system, you received a welcome message at the time your Email address was added to the system. Please note that if you have lost or misplaced that information, there is no way for a CourseVector technician to resend or retrieve that information as it is encrypted.

There are two ways to reset a password and gain access to the spam filtering system:

1) Every Email address in the system receives a periodic Quarantine Digest sent to their Email address. There is a link on the report that opens access to the spam filtering system. Once there, use the Forgot Password link to receive a new password.

2) Go directly to Reset My Password where you can request a password reset.
