If your site uses gravity forms, this guide will show you how to access submissions to those forms.
Step 1. Log into your website. This can be done by going to the admin URL for your site (yoursiteURL/wp-admin)

Step 2. Once logged in, scroll your mouse over the word “forms” on the left side of the screen. When the submenu appears, click “entries” as depicted below.

Step 3. The page that loads will show you the entries for your site contact form. If you have other forms, you can view their entries as well. Just select the form at the top of the page and the results will filter.
