How to Read your CourseVector Invoice

Let’s review how to read a CourseVector invoice. The invoices are generated and sent from QuickBooks. So, you’ll notice their logo in addition to ours on the invoice. This is the view once you click “Review and Pay”. The invoice in your email will look different and include an explanation of charges.

  1. If you need to change the amount or apply a 10 net 10 discount, this is the place to do it. Click the “edit amount” link next to the total in bold.
  2. You can save your payment for quicker checkout next time. This does not save your card on the CV end. It saves it with Intuit QuickBooks. We at CourseVector cannot see your credit card information.
  3. If you wish you sign up for autopay, now is the time to do it. Again, your credit card information is saved only with Intuit QuickBooks. We at CourseVector cannot see your credit card information. More information on the QuickBooks autopay option can be found on their website.
  4. If you’ve found the invoice via a link, there is a view invoice button. Otherwise, the invoice itself is probably in your email.
  5. If you plan to pay by check and cannot find the address, there’s a little arrow you can click to display more information:

Once you’ve filled in the form, you click the big green button labelled “pay [amount]”. The amount will vary depending on the amount invoiced.

ACH Option Available!

If you wish to use our pay now link, you may do that also. Our ACH option is only available through our pay now link, not via the QuickBooks payment form.

Wish to pay by check?

Checks should be made payable to CourseVector. You can send them to:

CourseVector
1 Abbey Lane
Camp Hill, PA 17011

It’s always helpful if you note the invoice for which you’re paying on the check.
