Whitelist the Quickbooks email address
Our invoices come directly from Quickbooks online. Some of our clients have told us that they do not receive our invoices. To be sure that you receive your invoice, please be sure to whitelist the following address:
quickbooks@notification.intuit.com
If this doesn’t work, and the invoices are not in your spam or junk folder, you may need to enlist the help of your IT department. We’re linking to the Intuit help file here just in case the addresses listed therein change:
