WordPress – Copy & Paste from Microsoft Word

If you have and like to use Microsoft Word to type out your documents, and you use the styles inherent to word (heading 1, heading 2, list, links, etc), you can copy and paste the entire text into the WordPress block editor. The styles will copy over as you have them in the Word document.

You can, of course, work right in the WordPress editor. However, if you’re more comfortable working in a Word document or you already have a Word document, you do have the option to copy and paste the text and the settings should come right over into the WordPress block editor.
