If you have forgotten your WordPress password, you can easily reset it yourself. Simply click the “forgot password” link on the WordPress login screen.

If you go here: https://YOURWEBSITE.com/wp-login.php

You will get an email to the email address that is used to log into the account. If you don’t get the email, check your spam folder.

If you’ve entered the wrong password too many times and have been locked out, you should only be blocked for 15 minutes. More information about the firewall can be found here.

If you are still unable to access your website or do not receive the email from WordPress, paid support may be required and you can open a ticket.
