When we quote a new website, we will often quote it using our update plan to give you the best bang for your buck. In this post, we will explain what that means for your wallet and for your website!
Most CourseVector Update Plans are billed annually and affords out customers a labor credit plus a 25% discount on any additional labor rates! This means that you can get a brand new website for 25% off our retail price. Here are a few ideas of how to spend those update plan dollars.
Create a new site
We can usually build a basic 5-page* website in our annual update plan allotment of $700. A basic website usually includes:
- Home page
- About page
- Services page (to include a list of services)
- Blog page or News feed
- Contact page (with form)
Customizations or more text, images, or pages would increase the budget. A member of our sales staff can provide an estimate. However, with your update plan you are afforded a 25% discount on retail labor rates! This makes getting a new site or updating an existing site extremely affordable.
*Each page can include up to 500 words and 3 images.
Existing site updates
If you’re happy with the look and feel of your current website, the update plan can be used for a variety of things:
- Add pages
- SEO
- Update calendar
- Update contact information
- Publish announcements, meeting agendas & minutes, events, newsletters, and more
- Add portfolio or gallery items
- Display public alerts and announcements

What’s included?
After your site is built, we highly recommend continuing with the update plan. You get to keep your 25% discount on labor rates. Plus, with our annual update plans you get $700 to spend each year however you see fit. The annual plans include CourseVector’s managed hosting on one low annual bill. With managed WordPress hosting, our technicians make sure your site is secure and updated so you can focus on what you do best.

We keep you updated on the status of your plan via email. You can choose to be updated quarterly, monthly or in real time. These emails contain the amount of credit remaining on your account. Please note, you will continue to receive emails even if you have an outstanding bill. Even though it says you have a credit on your update plan account, you still may owe the annual or monthly invoice to continue to receive these services / credits.
