New Support Files Available Now!

Did you know that we’re constantly adding to our library of support files right here on our website? These can range from WordPress tutorials to changes in the way we invoice or take payments. Here are a few new support files available since our last newsletter:

  • RECEIVING INVOICES FROM COURSEVECTOR – Many people have trouble receiving invoices from Intuit. (We send our invoices from QuickBooks.) This article can help you troubleshoot. If you think you should have received an invoice and haven’t, please email us.
  • HOW TO READ YOUR COURSEVECTOR INVOICE – A lot of our municipalities will be receiving invoices for the first time. Here’s a guide on the parts of a CourseVector invoice.
  • ADA WEBSITE COMPLIANCE – As of June 2024, the DOJ ruled that websites are responsible for being ADA compliant. Here is a guide to your responsibilities as a website owner.

  • HOW TO SEND FILES THROUGH WETRANSFER – Did you know our ticketing system has a size limit? It strips anything that is too large. We use trasnfer.coursevector.com to send large file. This Support File includes a video of how to use the program.
